Responsibility
- Conduct direct sales activities in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) using a motorbike for efficient mobility.
- Deliver products to customers and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.
- Identify and engage potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional offers to effectively pitch to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role (preferably in retail or FMCG).
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and proficiency in riding a motorbike.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography and local markets is a plus.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry.
- Physical stamina to handle outdoor work and frequent travel.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a bonus.
