Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail associates to ensure smooth store operations.
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with the supply chain team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and retail best practices.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays to attract customers.
- Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
