Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, understanding their needs for mattresses and wellness products.
- Provide detailed product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing, to guide purchasing decisions.
- Demonstrate products effectively, highlighting comfort, durability, and health benefits to enhance customer confidence.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Offer after-sales support, including warranty explanations, delivery coordination, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches to provide current and relevant advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (preferably in home goods or wellness products).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends and peak retail periods.
