Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of retail staff to ensure smooth daily store operations.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, ordering, and loss prevention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail standards.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain store appearance, product displays, and cleanliness to attract and retain customers.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with retail management software and inventory systems.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Basic knowledge of sales forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
