Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on health, beauty, and personal care products.
- Drive sales performance by achieving daily/weekly targets through upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activities.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual displays to enhance customer experience.
- Handle cashier duties accurately, including processing transactions, managing returns, and reconciling daily sales.
- Train and mentor junior staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the management team to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in health/beauty or FMCG.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong product knowledge in cosmetics, skincare, or health supplements (training provided).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer operations.
- Leadership skills with experience in training or supervising junior staff.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry with a customer-centric mindset.
