Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on Skechers products, including footwear features, sizing, and styling recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash and card payments, and issue receipts while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising displays, restocking products, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and organized.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by actively engaging with customers, promoting current collections, and upselling complementary products.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, tagging new arrivals, and conducting regular stock checks to prevent shortages.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and courteously, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including new releases, promotions, and brand initiatives to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with the store team to prepare for seasonal sales, visual merchandising changes, and special events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Passion for fashion, footwear, and customer service with a proactive and friendly attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and peak retail periods.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail for accurate transactions.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities to contribute to a positive store environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required (training provided).
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and alignment with Skechers’ brand image.
