Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all store visitors
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product displays
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide product information
- Monitor store security and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous
- Basic English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
