Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
- Learn and apply sales techniques to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring products are well-displayed and easily accessible.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and provide exceptional service.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required—training will be provided!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to the part-time schedule (10 AM – 7 PM).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic English proficiency is a plus.
