Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple PICKUP COFFEE retail locations in Bali, ensuring consistency in service, product quality, and brand standards.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets while maintaining profitability.
  • Lead, train, and mentor store managers and staff to foster a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
  • Monitor inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct regular store audits, customer feedback analysis, and market research to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local promotions, events, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations across all locations.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, financial forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the F&B or specialty coffee industry.
  • Proven track record of multi-unit management with a focus on sales growth and operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to inspire teams.
  • Deep understanding of coffee culture, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
