Responsibility
- Store Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure accurate inventory tracking to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Customer Experience: Foster a welcoming and professional environment, resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Performance Reporting: Track KPIs (e.g., sales, customer satisfaction, inventory turnover) and provide regular reports to regional management.
- Team Development: Conduct training, performance reviews, and coaching to enhance staff productivity and engagement.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain an appealing store layout and product displays to attract customers and highlight promotions.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years in retail management, preferably in electronics or consumer technology.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales-Driven Mindset: Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and improving store performance.
- Customer Focus: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering top-tier service.
- Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and retail KPIs.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenges proactively, from staffing issues to customer escalations.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
