Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Supervise and train retail staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and assist in ordering and replenishing products.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist in implementing promotional activities and sales strategies to drive revenue.
- Handle cash management, including opening and closing registers, and ensuring accurate transactions.
- Comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or supermarket environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
