Responsibility
- Conduct daily sales visits to retail outlets, distributors, and potential clients in assigned territories.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for FMCG products, including Sasa brand items.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, ensuring product visibility and availability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and resolution of customer inquiries or complaints.
- Collaborate with the team to execute promotional campaigns and achieve regional sales goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or retail industries (motorized sales experience is an advantage).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, sales tracking tools) and familiarity with mobile sales apps.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
