Responsibility
- Conduct direct sales visits to retail outlets, distributors, and end-users using a company-provided motorbike.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective territory management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and promotions to potential clients.
- Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback.
- Manage order processing, delivery coordination, and payment collection where applicable.
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and product knowledge sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies, safety protocols, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and comfortable riding long distances.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a field-based role.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., sales reporting tools, Excel, or CRM software) is a plus.
