Responsibility
- Prospect and identify high-potential retail outlets in Bali’s key commercial areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers to drive order volume.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using company systems.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to regional growth objectives.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide market feedback to the sales team regarding product performance and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Represent the company professionally at trade events and local business gatherings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a contract-based role.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and local business culture is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM or order management software.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel within Bali’s designated regions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage.
