Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable demeanor.
- Educate customers on vaping products, features, and safety to help them make informed decisions.
- Recommend products tailored to individual preferences, needs, and experience levels.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
- Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and regulations to provide accurate information.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking, restocking, and tracking product levels.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (vaping industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of vaping products, devices, and e-liquids (training provided for the right candidate).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a bonus).
- Tech-savvy with experience using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Passionate about sales, product education, and building customer loyalty.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
