Responsibility
- Sell Commonwealth Foods, Inc. products to assigned retail outlets and customers.
- Expand the client base by identifying and acquiring new customers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
- Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and other required documentation accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company van.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned sales area.
- Customer-focused attitude with a results-driven approach.
