Responsibility
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, providing exceptional service and expert advice on furniture selections.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to offer personalized solutions and recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques and customer engagement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with the design team to create customized furniture solutions for clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Assist in visual merchandising and showroom displays to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture, retail, or interior design industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive sales and meet targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
