Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market reach.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and improve product offerings.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in direct sales, field sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory (Bali).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
