Responsibility
- Assist in identifying and developing new B2B partnerships with travel agencies, hotels, and local businesses.
- Support the sales team in lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups to expand the company’s client base.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential growth opportunities.
- Collaborate on product operations, including pricing strategies, service improvements, and customer feedback analysis.
- Coordinate travel logistics for clients, ensuring seamless experiences from booking to execution.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Participate in client meetings and negotiations under supervision to build confidence in professional settings.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and content creation to promote services.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Passionate about sales, business development, or travel industry with a proactive mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace for data analysis and presentations.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or internships is a plus but not required.
