Responsibility
- Identify and engage with potential industrial clients to expand the company’s customer base.
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client onboarding.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to refine business development approaches.
- Track sales performance metrics and report on progress toward targets.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market opportunities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
