As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic sales plans, fostering client relationships, and ensuring our products reach new heights in customer satisfaction and market penetration. Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed KPIs and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners to expand market share.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns that boost brand visibility and sales.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction, implementing improvements to enhance product offerings and service quality.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen our market presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to inspire teams and close deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of Bali’s consumer market and distribution networks is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are a bonus.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region and work flexible hours as needed.
