Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new merchants in Bali’s key commercial areas, focusing on high-potential businesses for QRIS and Soundbox adoption.
- Conduct in-person demonstrations of BukuWarung’s digital payment solutions, highlighting benefits like transaction tracking, security, and cost savings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for merchant onboarding and QRIS/Soundbox activations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants, providing post-sales support and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns, promotions, and merchant engagement initiatives.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings and merchant pain points to refine sales strategies.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, merchant data, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on QRIS regulations, BukuWarung product updates, and industry trends to deliver informed pitches.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, or fintech, preferably in digital payments or SME solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field, managing your own schedule and territory.
- Familiarity with QRIS, e-wallets, or POS systems is a plus.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and valid driver’s license (required for field mobility).
- Resident of or willing to relocate to Bali (preference for candidates in target areas).
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in mobile apps and basic CRM tools.
