Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end deal structuring process, including pricing, discounting, and commercial terms for enterprise and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure deals align with company policies, risk tolerance, and revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain pricing models, competitive analysis, and deal profitability assessments to support data-driven decision-making.
- Negotiate and finalize contract terms with key stakeholders, ensuring clarity, compliance, and mutual value creation.
- Monitor deal performance post-closure, identifying opportunities for upsell, renewal, or process improvement.
- Create and present deal proposals, business cases, and ROI analyses to senior leadership for approval.
- Streamline deal desk operations by implementing best practices, tools, and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry benchmarks to inform pricing and deal strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, pricing strategy, or commercial finance, preferably in tech or SaaS.
- Proven track record of structuring and closing complex deals with a focus on revenue growth and profitability.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel, SQL, or BI tools) to evaluate deal economics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and contract management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets and regional business practices is advantageous.
