Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in low- and mid-rise property markets across Bali.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive client outreach, networking, and market research.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders to expand the company’s project portfolio.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive pricing, and demand for residential and commercial properties.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns and materials for property launches.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, provide regular reports, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the real estate or property development sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of Bali’s real estate market, including trends, regulations, and key players.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
