Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the oil and gas sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including client acquisition and market expansion in Bali and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, private enterprises, and industry partners.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase energy solutions tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and post-sales support.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt sales strategies proactively.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or technical certification (e.g., Oil & Gas, Energy Management) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical roles within the oil and gas, energy, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of energy products, systems, or services (e.g., upstream, midstream, downstream operations).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia as required.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
