Responsibility
- Develop and execute field sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, retailers, and distributors to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor product placement, stock levels, and promotional activities in retail outlets.
- Provide timely sales reports and market feedback to the management team for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and product launches in the field.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms and maximize revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in field sales, retail sales, or business development, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and work flexible hours as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
