Responsibility
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for corporate clients in Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and meet quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts and expand the client base through proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and customer support) to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings in the digital stock sector.
- Prepare and present business reviews, proposals, and contracts to key stakeholders.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales revenue, client acquisition, and retention rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development, preferably in the digital media, SaaS, or creative industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore and Malaysia markets, including cultural nuances and business practices.
- Experience managing enterprise-level accounts and developing long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is a plus.
