Responsibility
- Provide personalized consultations to clients, understanding their preferences and recommending jewelry pieces that match their style and budget.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, materials, and pricing to deliver accurate and compelling presentations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service with professionalism and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store team to organize and execute promotional events, trunk shows, and VIP client appointments.
- Keep the display areas well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately, including payments, returns, and exchanges, while adhering to company policies.
- Build and maintain a client database to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury goods, jewelry, or fashion.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Impeccable grooming and a professional demeanor, aligning with the luxury brand image.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate peak business periods.
- Basic knowledge of jewelry materials, gemstones, and trends is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with experience using POS systems and CRM tools.
