Responsibility

  • Liaise between suppliers, factories, and customers to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Manage and track purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate logistics, including shipment scheduling, tracking, and resolution of delivery issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of transactions, inventory levels, and client communications.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on sales performance, order status, and potential delays.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, finance, operations) to align on client needs and business goals.
  • Resolve discrepancies or complaints related to orders, payments, or shipments promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in sales coordination.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/order management systems.
