Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing RTD sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth in assigned regions.
  • Identify and onboard new retail outlets, distributors, and key accounts to strengthen the RTD distribution network.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and inventory management to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional campaigns and trade activations with sales objectives.
  • Conduct regular field visits and market assessments to identify opportunities and address challenges.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and internal stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination or management, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to manage teams and client relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and other assigned regions.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
