Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing from inquiry to delivery.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Monitor inventory levels of electric components and collaborate with procurement to prevent stockouts or excess.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns for electric components.
  • Handle logistics coordination, including shipping schedules, customs documentation, and delivery tracking.
  • Maintain CRM systems and databases with up-to-date client and product information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the electric components, electronics, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with CRM/ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid (remote + on-site) environment.
  • Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, or international trade is highly advantageous.
