Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for corporate giveaways.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand client base in Bali’s corporate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitality, retail, and corporate industries.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling promotional campaigns and product bundles.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve client concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in promotional products or gifting solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating sales teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
