Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for corporate giveaways.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand client base in Bali’s corporate sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitality, retail, and corporate industries.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling promotional campaigns and product bundles.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve client concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in promotional products or gifting solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating sales teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
