Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the assigned territory (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including construction companies, workshops, and retail businesses, to promote TAC-Tools' product offerings.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our tools and equipment.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups, excellent service, and timely resolution of inquiries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to the sales manager.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and sales techniques through continuous learning and training.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the tools, equipment, or construction industry (fresh graduates with strong sales potential are also encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
  • Strong self-motivation and a results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM), and market analysis.
