As a key member of our sales team, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and provide expert technical guidance to customers in Bali’s industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. Your role will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and delivering high-quality electrical solutions tailored to client needs.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for transformer and electrical products in Bali.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including contractors, industrial facilities, and government projects.
- Provide technical consultations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our transformer solutions.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and contracts to meet client specifications.
- Collaborate with the engineering and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s brand and products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field. Diploma with relevant experience may be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in transformers, electrical components, or power distribution systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, transformer specifications, and industry standards.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and site visits.
