Responsibility
- Prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and industry trends.
