Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise sales teams across multiple retail locations to ensure consistent achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess operational efficiency, inventory levels, and staff performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and execute localized sales strategies tailored to each location’s customer demographics and market trends.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth, reporting insights to senior management with actionable recommendations.
  • Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, upselling techniques, and customer service best practices.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints or operational issues on-site, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to coordinate in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and local partners to expand business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or coordination role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales reports and market data.
  • Willingness to travel frequently between assigned locations (valid driver’s license and own transportation are a plus).
  • Proficiency in CRM software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian or other local languages is advantageous.
