Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to farms and agricultural businesses to demonstrate and sell machinery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Deliver product presentations and training sessions to ensure optimal machinery usage.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Participate in agricultural exhibitions, trade shows, and community events to promote the brand.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in agricultural machinery or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and surrounding regions.
- Basic technical knowledge of agricultural machinery is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and familiarity with rural terrain.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in agriculture or business is advantageous.
