Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand Mekari POS adoption in Bali’s SME, retail, and hospitality sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, operations managers, and key decision-makers to identify needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling campaigns, promotions, and content that highlight Mekari POS’s value proposition.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities in Bali’s digital payment and POS ecosystem.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Gather customer feedback and work with the Product team to refine Mekari POS features based on local market demands.
- Represent Mid Solutions Nusantara at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the SaaS, fintech, or POS industry.
- Strong understanding of SME operations, retail, or hospitality sectors in Bali or similar markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital sales techniques is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as required.
