As a key player in our sales team, you will identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and deliver tailored cloud and digital solutions that meet client needs. Your role will involve strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business expansion.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Cloud and Digital Solutions sector.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Manage and grow key customer accounts by understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of cloud services and digital products.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in Cloud Computing, SaaS, or Digital Solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and digital transformation trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
- Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market is a significant advantage.
