Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients, including event planners, hotels, resorts, and private individuals, to promote chauffeur and valet services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality and events industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and service packages to close deals and maximize revenue.
- Track sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to refine strategies and meet targets.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand your professional network.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in hospitality, events, or luxury services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based structure.
- Strong understanding of Bali’s events, tourism, and luxury service market.
