Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in Bali’s marine sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with shipowners, yacht operators, and marine service providers.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless contract execution and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in the marine, shipping, or logistics industries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Deep understanding of marine industry products/services (e.g., ship supplies, maintenance, chartering).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
