Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the lighting industry.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, distributors, and clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and competitive research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and adapt sales strategies to stay ahead of market demands.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in project sales, preferably in the lighting or electrical industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop data-driven sales strategies.
- Experience managing key accounts and building long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
