Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Present and promote ACOMâs financial products and services to potential customers through various channels.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy in all transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Japanese) are a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
