Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic aftermarket sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the Power Plant and Oil & Gas sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including plant managers, procurement teams, and engineering departments.
  • Negotiate and close contracts for aftermarket services, spare parts, and maintenance solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, operations, finance) to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aftermarket sales, business development, or account management within the Power Plant, Oil & Gas, or heavy industry sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to travel within Bali and other regions as required for client meetings and site visits.
  • Experience working with MNCs or large-scale industrial projects is highly desirable.
  • Technical knowledge of power generation, oil & gas equipment, or industrial machinery is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
