Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new clients through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess their evolving requirements and recommend appropriate financial products or services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective client engagement and closing techniques.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelorâs degree (S1) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, or business development, preferably in the financial services or banking sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and drive conversions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using CRM software is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a bonus.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
