Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share in Southeast Asia.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of competitors.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals and customer needs.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Leverage CRM tools and sales automation platforms to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a remote sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop data-driven sales strategies.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to work remotely from Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or other preferred locations).
