Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and address client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
- Travel internationally as needed to attend meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel internationally for business assignments.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
