Responsibility
- Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-ups to prospective D2C customers, presenting product benefits and value propositions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by identifying and converting leads into closed deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and post-sale support.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with campaigns and promotional efforts.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and address client objections with tailored solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven 2+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2C/D2C sales roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting performance metrics.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
- Familiarity with D2C sales models and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Comfortable with target-driven environments and handling rejection resiliently.
- Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) for global client interactions.
