Responsibility
- Lead and execute deal strategy engagements across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with IBM's business goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Drive the identification, evaluation, and execution of high-value deals, ensuring optimal outcomes for IBM and its clients.
- Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and legal.
- Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis to inform deal strategies and decision-making.
- Oversee the financial modeling and valuation of potential deals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Represent IBM at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, enhancing the company's reputation and visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in deal strategy, corporate development, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Proven track record of leading and closing complex deals in the APAC region.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
