Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and offering customized solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively promoting banking products and services.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
- Prepare and present sales reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders and management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic understanding of banking products, financial services, or sales principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali or relocate as needed for client meetings or training.
